Heather Perrine Shreve - Born Dec. 17, 1963
Heather was born and raised in rural Maryland where she discovered an early interest in drawing and painting. Self-taught and self-motivated, Heather began selling her work at age eleven and was commissioned to do work as early as age fourteen. In 1983 Heather went on a zoology
safari in East Africa where she was able to photograph, and then paint,
some of the most beautiful wildlife in the world.
A passion for health and green living was also developing. By age 18 Heather was on a journey to explore how the human body ages and repairs itself. Curiosity, along with new science, has compelled Heather to keep looking for answers and digging deeper. Heather has consistently pursued fitness and strength training for more than 25 years. Using herself as a test case, Heather has discovered what works over time and has developed programs to maintain peak health over a lifetime.
In 1987 Heather became incorporated under The Perrine Co.,inc. and now has added Lifeguard Wellness. Over the past 30 years Heather has specialize in customizing paintings for clients- and now brings that same idea to health - making sure people get a customized program to meet their wellness goals.
Compelled by her duel passion for art and wellness, Heather has combined the two in a coaching tool called "Drawn In"; Doodle Yourself To Health. A workbook that takes participants on a powerful exploration of their own beliefs and vision of wellness. This, along with other tools, creates a holistic approach to the mission of optimum health. Lifeguard Wellness is all about giving people more ways to achieve "Power over Possibility" and become their own best health advocate!!
